Volumetrica started in 2016, drawing on over 20 years of experience managing banks real estate portfolios. Grown over the years, the company has focused on two leading real estate investment lines:

1. operating properties (industrial - commercial – handicraft/executive offices)
2. revenue-generating real estate portfolio (retail parks or shopping centres with annual - apartment buildings/executive offices annuities)

Volumetrica has positioned itself in the asset management market covering the northern regions of Italy (Friuli-Venezia Giulia/ Veneto/ Lombardia/ Emilia Romagna).
